Why This Isn't Done In an Afternoon
You can receive Reiki II in a single afternoon. Many people do. Two attunements back to back, a handout with the symbols drawn on it, and you go home that evening holding something you haven't had time to meet yet.
There is nothing wrong with those teachers. But there is something wrong with the pace.
An attunement is not information. It is a change in the way energy moves through you, and your nervous system needs time to meet it. The symbols especially. They are not techniques to collect โ they are relationships you enter into, and relationships take time.
So we take four weeks, not one afternoon.
Two attunements, three weeks apart.
Modules opening one at a time.
Room to practice between transmissions.
Nothing crammed. Nothing skipped so a certificate can be handed to you before dinner.
You receive the same two attunements. They simply arrive far enough apart that the first one has become yours before the second one lands.

Working with others rather than only yourself. Holding a session. Knowing your scope, and the ethics of consent and sovereignty that come with real power.
What Actually Happens in an Attunement
You've received one before. Here is how I run mine, so nothing about the day is a surprise.
About an hour, Saturdays at 1:00 PM CT
Ceremonies are held live inside the Attunement Portal using Kajabi's built-in live video. The join link sits right in the lesson, so you always know exactly when and where.
Plan for about an hour, sometimes a little longer when questions run on afterward.
Cameras on. This is a session, not a broadcast
We're in it together. Carissa guides you through the process as it unfolds, and there is room to talk before and after.
When the transmission itself begins, you simply sit comfortably or lie down and close your eyes.
Three weeks between them, on purpose
October 3, then October 24. That gap is not scheduling โ the symbols become yours in the time between transmissions, not during them.
You are attuned whether or not you're there
This is distance Reiki. Time and space are not obstacles to it. Every student is held in the ceremony, present or not.
If you cannot be there live, it waits at the edge of your field until you are ready to receive it. Watching the replay is how you meet it consciously.
Afterward, drink water and give yourself a soft landing. Most people notice the days following an attunement more than the hour itself.

Reiki passes hand to hand, teacher to student, unbroken from its origin. Most modern practitioners stand fifteen, twenty, or more transmissions from the source. This lineage is short, and it is documented. It matters more at this level, not less โ the symbols are exactly what gets diluted by distance.

Reiki I certification is required. The channel has to be open before it can be directed โ that isn't a policy, it's how the system works.
If you were attuned by Carissa, you're already set. If you trained in another lineage, proof of Reiki I certification is requested before enrollment.

This container is intentionally limited to twenty seats. Not to create urgency, but because a transmission of this kind asks to be held closely. Twenty is the number at which every student can still be truly seen.
All attunement ceremonies are recorded, and every student is held in the ceremony whether present or not. If you cannot attend live, the transmission waits at the edge of your field until you're ready to meet it. Live participation is for the coherence of the field. It is never required in order to receive.
